guidelines gave U.S. District Judge Ronald Longstaff a range of 21-to-27 months
in Poster’s case. But the judge departed from the guidelines and opted
for a lower sentencing window, citing Poster’s commitment to recovery
and taking responsibility for his behavior since his arrest 14 months ago.
