Reproductive rights are important for all women, not just straight. A lesbian
could need an abortion if she got raped. Very few lesbians get AIDS, yet many
worked to help gay men during our crisis.
To all those bitching about gay marriage: If gays would develop a sense of
maturity about relationships, then it probably wouldn’t be such a big
issue. Treat it like a meat market, and that’s all it will ever be.
To the self-loathing, spark-plug shaped homosexual proudly wearing a “Bush-Cheney
2004” T-shirt at the gym: Seeing your smug display of ignorance encouraged
me to go contribute $500 on www.johnkerry.com. Keep up the good work and start
doing some cardio.
Why must every gay event have to always be hosted (i.e. ruined) by the proverbial
mandatory drag queen for a host? I’ve never understood this.
What’s with straight people saying its all good when they use the word “faggot”?
It’s never good to use this word regardless if you mean it as a joke!
Yes, some of these 20-something guys are great to look at, but many of them
are also immature, unstable, party way too much, and are often broke. I’m
43, successful, and still look good. I’d much rather date another stable,
health-conscious guy my own age than one of these tweaked-out twinks.
When I tell you I am HIV positive and that I must be safe if we are to do
anything sexually, listen to what the hell I am saying and don’t listen
with your dick. HIV can and will kill more people. I refuse to add to that
body count.
To the bed size queen: With an attitude like that, you won’t be spending
the night in anyone’s bed.
I’ve read in the same issue that gay men should, on the one hand, quit
whining about HIV and take more individual responsibility and, on the other
hand, quit being so self-righteous about HIV and show compassion to poz people.
Which is it, or does being a gay man mean always having to say you’re
sorry?
