Are you sure Michelle Obama isn’t a drag queen?
Let’s put outlawing divorce or abortion on the next ballot and see what hypocrites straights are.
Reese Witherspoon says all that matters is family. Does that mean I can have her Oscar, her vast fortune and her memories of hot sweaty sex with Ryan Phillipe?
To those who think Obama is the greatest president to ever live, can we at least wait until he takes office first?
I could really like Sarah Palin if she weren’t such a bitch!
Re: “I blame the entire LGBT black community for the 70 percent black vote that favored passing Prop 8 in California. They’re all on the DL. Forget jumping the broom in public — they’re all under the bed hiding from their preachers and parents.” Have you considered yourself and the behavior of you and your cohorts as to why Proposition 8 passed? I’m black. I’m not on the DL. I’m atheist. I sleep on a futon. I personally don’t support gay marriage, but I respect one’s desire to do what they wish.
True, gays have not been fire hosed, they just had the fire hose up their ass.
Why should I send money to defeat Prop 8? After HRC wined and dined B-list celebrities and honored them with awards after they were forced out of the closet, I will never send a single dime to any gay organization ever again. I’d rather dine and wine myself!
Bitch how many black people do you know that have actually had a fire hose turned on them? This isn’t some competition to find out who is more oppressed!
Marriage is just a word but the straights don’t own it. If they’re not willing to share, maybe we could call their marriages something else. May I suggest civil union?
If the majority had the right to vote on minority rights, women wouldn’t be allowed to vote and we’d still have “whites only” restrooms.
You’re right, blacks do know what repression and hatred feels like. We encounter it when we dare to enter your whites-only gay clubs.
Re: “Gay people have never had a fire hose turned on them:” No we’re just tied to a fence and beaten and left to die alone in a field. Remember Matthew Shepard.
Re: “[blacks] just don’t like the comparison with the civil rights struggle. Gay people have never had a fire hose turned on them.” Perhaps not, but I remember being shoved by the cops in snow and freezing rain demonstrating against NC-PAC trying to kill AIDS funding with two friends, both now dead. I’ve had bricks thrown at my head, too, for being gay. How much struggle do we need to be legitimate?
Why are we so pressed to copy such a failed institution as straight marriage? Couldn’t we come up with something better and more fitting of our lifestyles, like civil polygamy? All the married straight people I know are miserable, fat and cheat.
Re: “Proposition 8 passed because Californians are sick and tired of seeing ugly lesbians like those from Connecticut waving their marriage license.” At least they were not waving feces and vomit as discussed here — those are so much more acceptable and just what the country is hoping to show that gays are not any “different.”
Re: “… If you had a real job with health benefits and a pension:” What planet are you on, bitch? How many jobs today have pensions? I have a six-figure job and don’t need a partner for financial help, but most positions come with a 401 (k) option, Mr. Kiplinger.
How dare some of you arrogant bitches blame Prop 8 on us, the black gay community?! And how dare you compare not being able to get married with being lynched, hung, burned alive, or just having a water hose turned on your children. It’s you who should be ashamed!
Some of you closet racist bitches are just using the Prop 8 thing to spew your hateful venom on the black community.
I was going to let the stupid bitch who blames the black gay community for the passing of Prop 8 have it! But Bitch Boy beat me to it! Thanks.
Smokers are the new gay people.
It will be nice to have a Harvard educated constitutional lawyer as president. I doubt Bush has ever even read the Constitution.
The 14th Amendment to the Constitution endows all Americans with equal rights. ...
