William Derrow, whose address is 2706 Woodley Place, NW, Washington, DC 20008 was appointed Personal Representative of the estate of William C. Baldwin who died on August 24, 2009 with a will and will serve without Court supervision. All unknown heirs and heirs whose whereabouts are unknown shall enter their appearance into his proceeding.
